Our Strategy

Our current strategic focus is on the sustainability of the coalition. By September 2024, we want Active Change Haringey to become an independent, locally run and sustainable entity that can support East Haringey for years to come. To accomplish this our leadership team has put together a strategy which outlines an action plan to get us there. We believe that collaboration and working in partnership are vital to ensuring Active Change Haringey's sustainability.
